Freedom of choice. Asking to take this to abortion probably wouldn't churn up too much discussion on this board, but you never know. Our most vocal (scriptic?) posters are either hard left or liberatarian. Then we have herc (I think) who calls 'emself a liberal, but is actually a soft liberatarian. Anyhow, liberals and libertarians both generally support pro choice, although I don't know the liberatarian parties official position. Where do you have to go to find the hard right? Too bad Limbaugh doens't have a message board.

Too frustrating a topic...abortion issues all come down to timeline. At what point do you consider it to be a child? Some say at conception others don't. Bottom line is this: It is a question that can't really be answered scientifically because it is wrapped up in morality, religion, science, and opinion. That being the case, I think the government should stay out of the way and let the decision be made by the individuals involved.
