Politico's say what they can to get elected, and then they either do nothing (to maintain their jobs) pr they expand government to try and increase their powerbase. Who else remembers Jesse the Minds idea for Minnesota. Implement a 2 year budget, the first year is spent passing laws, and the second year is spent revoking pointless, worthless, and expired laws. Now there would be a Constitutional Amendment I'd REALLY support.
