Actually that does make it true.

An adult having sex with a girl under the age of 16 is statutory rape in almost every state, including Texas I believe.

Of course, this is not the same as forcing her onto a bed in a hotel room and viciously biting her lips while raping her, then later denying it.

Or making a pass at her after her husbands suicide (murder?).

Or taking a cigar to a young, confused intern.

I'm just curious: what do Libertarians believe with regard to the laws concerning relations between men over 18 and women younger than 18?
