Paul, methinks you are putting the death spiral "hoax" to bed a little early. I do not claim to know exactly what Castle Creek and friends are up to, but I sure would be hesitant to pronounce a "death spiral hoax" to be dead simply because of a minor, low volume rally. Our friends could simply be allowing the small investors who are buying right now to drive the price up to a more lucrative range to resume their shorting. On the other hand, you might be right and we have seen the lows. I do not claim to know the answer. By the way, what do you think of my speculation that Daddy Warbucks might be Marshall Capital Management? Seems to be a lot of coincidences, given they are a subsidiary of a "major international bank", which happens to be Credit Suisse First Boston, which happens to be the major international bank rumored on this thread to be Daddy Warbucks, and who happen to be co-investors with Castle Creek in other floorless financing deals (e.g., WSTL, PCMS)?
