Teflon/StockHawk:

Thanks for starting the thread. I have been a long time lurker on G&K and while I am still not through the first revision of the GG manual, have felt for some time there was "something missing". Have been in
CMGI since 4/97 which has lead me to SFE and now ICGE. Have stayed on the sidelines with Softbank but have kept my eyes on it none the less.

I agree that ICGE may be coming around the outside on SFE and I think has the potential to be bigger than SFE. I think it's focus is more B2B but worry about how fast it has climbed.

Any thoughts on USIT, IIXL, PXCM,RAZF,SCNT, Viant etc (Internet Professional Service Providers ) might fit? I don't believe they fit the the "godzilla" definition but as we are thrashing around with ideas, I thought I would throw in my 2 cents.

AHA!

We may be onto something with this concept of "nurturing." (enabling)

AOL nurtures newbies to PC's and the Internet.

CMGI, SFE, ICGE, et al, nurture businesses.

Gorilla's, I am told, will nurture (nurse) the young of another parent. Is this correct? Have I found the missing genetic link? <G>

Cha2, this is my idea of a potential Godzilla in the making due to its *Content* value proposition. Just food for thought.
