The prices seemed to be in line with U S values.

But did find cheaper things.

they will give ya 28 cdn for a 20 U S, in most stores.

Bank on border will give ya 147 for 100 US.

still like the BIERE at any price.

cheers.

Don't fight it DD. Join it. That low dollar is bringing tourists from all over the world into Canada. My businesses are focused on giving these Tourists what they want when they come over here, and sales have gone up 10% per year for the last 5 years in the tourist season. That low dollar has been my best friend. Used to be I made the most money at Xmas, but that has sure changed.

Once the technological advancement curve for computers, electronics, software, and telecommunications peaks and flattens out a bit (they always do eventually), the low cost producers in the far east will start flooding the market with super cheap computers, software, computer parts, telecommunication equipment, chips, internet backbone components etc. Then U.S. telcom and computer related company margins will get slashed to compete, and the U.S. deficit will really start to climb. I don't think the internets, with their poor to negative earnings will be able to pick up the baton for the U.S., particularly with many countries increasing internet protectionism, so the U.S. dollar will get smashed, gold will recover, and my Canadian dollars should climb versus the U.S. ones, which will allow me to retire in a nice warm place somewhere.

Could be wrong, could be right?!?!?!

The Gold Bugs have one objective: get the price of gold up. They never participate until the price is ready to fall. They're the worst bagholders in Wall Street and they are notorious for being failures.
