Thanks for your note Mr. Fish. I, too, hope you're wrong about the timeframe, but I don't see much choice except to go into hibernation on this one. They're now firmly in the grips of the bureaucracy, and considering the administrative corner JChin has foolishly (IMO) backed his company into, this could go on for awhile. I sure hope the man's industry "vision" will prevail in the long run, though ... Chip
