Edwarda. Re: "Here's another thought." Thanx for that input. Valueline must agree. It has CA ranked as a "1", which is a "strong buy". This is the first time CA is as highly ranked for some time.

"FY 99 should be a good year for CA. We look for further good revenue and earnings advances in FY 2000 and out to 2002-2004. CA shares are worth a look. It has a worthwhile 3-5 year appreciation potential."

They then add: "The issues volatility may deter conservative accounts, though." (No kidding.)
