By the way, even a PO now may be looked at by the market as "too little too late". When it rains, it pours.

Market perception is getting to be the least of their worries as time passes w/o a competitive product in the marketplace. With a best case scenario of a $70M revenue run rate, a PO now may be too little, too late in terms of being a viable competitor, i.e. in "substantive terms" in distinction to "market perception" terms, as your point suggests, correctly so.

Zeev, your 'landmine' reading is nonsense.
How can CC claim damages vs. $6/share when
they have the option to convert at $4.5 now.
Even a jury including you, MGV and Brubaker
could not award CC damages for their failure
to convert at $4.5 when they have the chance.
If they don't take it, the $6 floor won't
be dropped.

That's patent nonsense and you seem smart
enough that you ought to know it. This must
be your 'Colombo' act again. You seem to be
getting desperate for a 'death spiral', but
it's fading away.

13k shares was bid at 4 11/16 all day today
right down to the close. Since insiders
cannot buy in the last 30 minutes, someone
else said "I'll buy everything anyone has
at 4 11/16, all day long, bring me your shares".

Why don't you try to spin that into your death
spiral fantasy Zeev?

The Professional Pants Pissers were out in force
today. This buy signal is often very reliable.

Zeev, could you explain your thinking behind your assertion that even a P.O. could be "too little too late"? I'm not sure I could agree with that.
