I just got this. He doesn't mention that BANY still needed to supply info to get off pink sheet. It appears they have several answers for the same question? I have not had a problem finding the stock quote at PCQuote. To get there go to: www.pcquote.com Simply type in 'BANY' and it will tell you the trading information plus news. Just as soon as the SEC concludes their review process of the Form 10-SB, Banyan will move back to the OTC BB.
