Jim,

No problem! 50 Day MA's are often revisited even by strong companies.

I tend to be a swing trader and momo investor (not a day trader or even close) and I have done well with it. I am not worried about the LT (I think <gg>) but now worried about the near term...I really believe that the hot money could be cooling and until the q's are resolved the stock could track sideways.

Just watch the 50 day MA, it has not violated it once since the strong move up in April'sh, even intra-day. SO if it does, from a trading or NT perspective I would perceive that as being negative. But if you are a long term holder, no need to worry. We have already held this mornings double bottom of 160 or so...

Good Luck!

MileHigh

PS- I was not being rude either, just needling you! I just have a problem with people who are always so sure about things in the market. No one can be sure of anything, including me! <gg>

Jim Willie, normally I would agree with your "beware of second half of September", but this year (my belief) will be different, because of high expectations of 3rd and 4th quarter earnings, and because (my opinion) this Christmas season will bring the strongest growth for computer sales in the history of the business -- reason being "added sales" due to the worlds first mass turnover of old computers to new ones (why mess with y2k fixing when I need a new, faster, upgradable computer anyway).
