ok johnd, i did not see this post of yours before extending my offer to come and run w/ the bulls. the offer has officially been revoked :) you are now our resident bear on this thread.

jd, what makes you so sure that msft will take a 10-15% hit when jackson rules? isn't it accepted that msft does not stand a chance in this round anyway? besides, by december i expect msft to be perhaps somewhere around 110 and a 10% correction would be the norm for msft's trading pattern and create an excellent opportunity to pick up more shares of msft.

also, msft has historically down played their own earnings and growth rates. but they have proven time and time again that they are capable of growing earnings at a mind boggling rate in excess of 30% a year.
