mmeggs, do you by chance do what the VoiceStream plan is? I am an Airtouch customer and do not recall this plan. Also, CSR's are often instructed to push a particular make or model, so don't worry about them dogging them the Q over Nokia. -Jay

I would presume that this was as a result of where you live and/or where you call. I can't understand any other reason to recommend a competitor especially since VoiceStream is GSM/AMPS not CDMA
