One for the LIST - SUSV - Sept. 3, 1999--Summit Silver (OTC BB: SUSV) Friday announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Elite Logistics Services Inc. Elite Logistics Services is based in Freeport, Texas and has developed proprietary technology and is producing products using wireless telecommunications and Internet technology to provide time and location specific asset monitoring and management. The monitoring technology integrates GPS (Global Positioning Systems) and 2-way wireless messaging so that an asset can be located and controlled via a secure Internet interface or by calling the company's monitoring center. The technology allows for remote control of many vehicle functions including the ability to remotely disable a vehicle. Target markets for the product include large fleet operators, private vehicle owners, auto dealers, vehicle manufacturers, and other owner/operators of mobile assets. Summit Silver and Elite Logistics management are currently continuing with due diligence and anticipate closing of the transaction by Sept. 30, 1999.
