I refrained from answering this time in the hope you might believe somebody else. Having written feasibility reports in the past the conclusion was inescapable!!! Having seen the skittery nature of the market recently only an idiot would assume that anyone could take a voluminous and sensitive document and quickly dash off a brief summary for public consumption.

Look what has happened to Aber because they didn't :-
1)Keep a close enough eye on the progress of their study, and
2) Give enough thought to the presentation and clarification of the major changes at hand for them.

Exploration, and development of mineral resources is not quite like playing Monopoly, it takes quite a bit more intellect and experience, and research etc, etc.
