I think that has occurred as a result of FUN purchasing the additional properties. In any case FUN is a helluva an operation but that may be the reason he is ignoring it, and it's just not big enough. I do think it is a good a match. I suspect he is simply looking for a grand slam and a 2 billion dollar deal won't cut it, while he could end up buying EVERYTHING in a market meltdown.

I won't be surprised to see a very slow appreciation in the stock while he slowly piles up over 50 billion waiting for the eventual, but in my opinion very distant meltdown. It could be that he doesn't want to buy shares since the float is so small already.
