Re tortoiseshells, yes they look just as the name implies. And she is exquisite. And she wants to be around men--I am simply the source of food, clean litter, a petting now and then, and the men she wants to play with. Hmmmm. All of my previous feline companions were male (albeit "fixed") and were my friends. Circe regards me as a convenience--the equivalent of running water in a city. As for the personal, let's go to PM.
