<<Each day more and more people on the sidelines will be able to see the reversal, and will want to climb onboard for the upward spike that is inevitable when the Death Spiral Hoax collapses.>>

You guys sure think you've got it all figured out after a couple of up days leaves the stock still below $5.

The fact of the matter is you don't know what Castle Creek is doing, you are not familiar with the terms of the deal between Castle Creek and VLNC (as today's "landmine" disclosure indicates), you don't know who Daddy Warbucks is and what his intentions are, and you have no idea whether the Death Spiral "Hoax" will collapse. This thread had dismissed the very notion of a death spiral on countless occasions, and particularly when the stock did not immediately go below $6 on July 27.

I don't know all the answers either. I tend to think Zeev's interpretation of the "land mine" clause is probably too harsh. But I also strongly suspect that Daddy Warbucks is none other than Marshall Capital Management, Castle Creek's co-investor in several other floorless financings. I also strongly suspect that $3 million per financing is the most Marshall Capital Management is willing to buy at a time in what very well could be a "leaky floorless."

At the end of June, this thread claimed that Daddy Warbucks stood ready with as much money as VLNC needs. This thread claimed that Lev only sold $3 million at $6+ because he would raise the rest of the money at a higher price. The line was Daddy Warbucks wanted more, but thats all Lev would give him at such a low price. At the time, I asked why Daddy Warbucks was not buying shares in the open market if he was so anxious to acquire shares in the $6+ range? (And remember, when Daddy got his first shares, the trading range was $6.5 to $8.5) I also pointed out in late June that the price of the stock started slipping the very moment that Daddy Warbucks climbed aboard.

In the absence of a filing indicating 5% ownership, we now know that Daddy Warbucks is not holding the shares he buys. In light of this fact, the line on this thread has now changed to speculate that Daddy Warbucks did not buy all 3 financings. But wait, that contradicts the line from late June that Daddy Warbucks wanted everything he could in the $6's. No worries, this thread simply makes it up as we go.

Every time the bulls on this thread make such bold claims "collapse of the Death Spiral Hoax," time proves the bulls to be wrong. Will the bulls be wrong this time? I don't know, but given the track record of the bulls on this thread, I wouldn't bet against it.
