++good - A picture is worth a thousand words.

A while back you asked about the meaning and worth of technical analyses. Well, the following OSX chart couldn't be a better illustration of the worth of basic old meat and potato's classical TA. If I were to write a book on the basic concepts of technical analyses I would use this chart.

moneycentral.msn.com

For longer term traders the pull back into 50/200 dma proved to be an excellent low risk entry point. I don't care what other's say about this indicator - to me it is an extraordinarily powerfull indication of a major trend change.

Subsequently, pull backs to the 50 dma proved great entry points for short term traders as the OSX market began to trend. We are at such a point now. Good time to buy? I think so.

Sometime soon we will probably start to get into an acceleration phase as the powerful fundamentals become clearer and clearer. This will IMO induce insistent buying and lead to the near parabolic rises that are so common in bull markets. Exactly when the acceleration begins is a mystery to me. That it will occur, seems to me, to have a very high probability.

I am willing to make a few trades here and there - but always always, it's back into os stocks so as not to miss the Nantucket Sleigh-ride move I believe is coming. After that I go BEAR.
