Monday September 6, 2:43 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release Triangle MultiMedia Limited Announces That It Has Closed On the Purchase of Palm Springs Television Studios, Inc. and Its Subsidiary PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Sept. 6, 1999-- Triangle MultiMedia Limited (OTC BB:ITHC - news) announced today that it had closed on the purchase of the Palm Springs Television Studios, Inc. and its subsidiary on Aug. 30, 1999 by purchasing all of the outstanding stock of the company from an investor group for stock and a cash injection which allowed the company to extinguish pending short term debt. Triangle MultiMedia Limited will begin trading under the OTC bulletin board symbol ``QBID' on Monday, Sept. 13, 1999. Triangle MultiMedia is currently headed by Pro Tem President Frank Olsen and is currently under proxy with shareholders of record dated Aug. 25th, 1999 for the election of a new board of directors and subsequent officers for a term of two years. The company is in the process of becoming a reporting company and has begun its financial audits in order to comply with listing requirements. The company is anticipating the raising of additional financing via private or public sources in the near future. Additionally shareholders of Triangle MultiMedia Limited are being asked to consider an offer by Triangle Broadcasting Company (OTC BB:GAAY - news) for a business combination of both companies into a new third entity. Management believes that Triangle MultiMedia Limited will be the very first company to launch an ``Alternative Lifestyle Network' which will feature daily programming and an interactive web site called ``HowGay.com.' Individuals will be able to see DJ's spinning their favorite dance songs at various gay dance clubs nationwide as well as see ``who's' in the crowd. The interactive site will be very glossy and will have a first class approach. The look is somewhat like the finished look of a Playboy or GQ Magazine only in an alternative interactive lifestyle format. The site is currently in the development stage and is the brainchild of HollywoodCybermill who is also the project management group. It will feature departments on gourmet cooking and wines and even a travel section which will feature discounted holiday packages. ``When you visit this site it will truly be an experience,' stated Olsen. In addition to all of this, individual users will have the ability to participate in the ``scripting' of one or more weekly sitcoms or nightly soap operas that the network will feature by helping to direct the plot and the type of characters that will be featured in the show via the internet site. ``The individual visitors to our site will have input to one or more of our shows.
