Just be glad that you don't get involved in politics. I was talking to a friend who lives in the DC area, and she has a friend who just wanted to help a campaign. They dug up something about her and tried to use it (the party that she was helping) in order to get her to say some terrible lies about the opposition. Fortunately, the dirt was very minor. But she was very fearful of the situation.
