Thread, the buyout price is too low, once again. Unfortunatly, the old Equus shareholders are too much weight for management to carry. We should have had a public offering by this time instead of offering ATPX for sale at Family Dollar.

A public offering is a means to increase the float size and liquidity allowing for analyst coverage and institutional buying, and at the same time providing an exit strategy for the old investors that want to see Bali before Y2k. At the current buyout price, the sellers will only be able to afford a weekend at Atlantic City.

Management is willing to sell the Co. at a 30-50% discount. This deal is subject to shareholder approval and should be tossed out without hesitation. It's only a slight improvement over the recently rejected offer.
