UP to be featured presentor at Oil & Gas Conference in Houston TX.on Sept 14. A biggy for Co. as this is biggest meeting of this type in Oil & Gas field. Look for a good pop in stock after presentation.

Definitely a conflict between what AOW's last release stated and this. They clearly stated Laird did not have board approval. Beyond this, I don't know what's going on.

Check the courtroom, something smells and it isn't Allan Laird! Legal experts have Ultra and its board members some of which are also on AOW's board as suspect in dubious transactions involving UP and AOW and RIS.
