Everytime I try go to the site that starts with 127.0.0.1:3456 nothing happens

Joel:
This has to do with the fact that Sir Dancelot is using Browsemaster. I have the same problem and I have written to tech support, and they confirm that it is because of browsemaster. The address "http://127.0.0.1" is actually the address, in Unix/Linux, for the computer you are using (aka 'localhost'). This is just something that we non-Browsemasters will have to live with. What you can do is take the reply number off the end of the link and paste it over the reply number that you are on. For example, Dancelot's link is:
127.0.0.1:3456/SI/cache.pl?reply-11155754

So take the "11155754" and paste it over your current reply number and you will get:

Message 11155754

Presto! You have your link ;)
