Phil, Were you reading my mind?? :) I've been trying to find out the same thing all evening and it has to be a dividend distribution but I also can't confirm. I suspect that tomorrow the accounts will reflect an increase in shares. I've also been wondering , has Fidelity changed their web site? I haven't looked at it in awhile but it's different and I can't seem to navigate or logout once I log in. All I get is some small frames that link to my portfolio but the top of the screen is all blank. IF this is a change, I think it sucks.

Phil:

I know you already have your answer; but in regards to not getting any info on the Fidelity website, the quickest way I have found to obtain capital gains releases is to use the automatic telephone system - 800 544 5555.
After you enter your pin no. on the tel. pad, The first message rendered is an update on distributions if there are any. I often use the telephone service anyway rather than go thru the routine on the PC just looking for market update and a few stock quotes at night.
