I have come to believe that it might make very good sense
indeed, if Adda joined in with AOW in a suit against UP.
It seems clear from the lack of progress in resolving the
issues at the Cottonwood that at this point that UP really doesn't have much intention of working with ADDA in a mutually beneficial relationship to both parties.
