Play-By-Play, based in San Antonio, announced Thursday it has won the rights to make and market Pokemon toys - which are based on Nintendo Co.'s wildly popular video game - for distribution to U.S. amusement parks and fairs.
Play-By-Play's Pokemon products will be used primarily as prizes for fair and amusement park games and won't be available for sale at retail outlets.
