That whole news release was a riot.

I especially liked the financial model, which forecasts revenues and earnings corresponding to a net margin of 67% in 1998, dropping to a mere 60% in 1999, but soaring again to 70% in 2000.

Geez, a 70% net margin, no less. Well, I suppose if you don't pay any salaries, and you somehow neglect to pay your income taxes and your vendors too, you might be able to do this, although legal fees would probably start to eat into it rather quickly.

This is just so funny.

Anybody who can read financial statements could fake up a far more believable model that that.

AZNT has put out some pr...

The problem I have with this AZNT pr is that the 10K's have
never shown any expenses for mining, nor do they discuss their mining operation as best as I can recall. Yet, the company puts out press...

AZNT also mines and manufactures a complete line
of semi-precious gem figurines along with all the most popular gemstones, including emeralds, aquamarine, rubies, etc.

AZNT put out extraordinary projections. Naturally they reach
$100,000,000+. That is a common number in the penny stock sector...

I went through this with Pugs and Riley on RMIL. No money; how do you fund growth, buy materials, add capacity, employ more...to reach goals in such short term? Financials and statements from the auditors certainly will not be helpful in meeting lending requirements.

People should pay more attention to fundamentals and less to
court cases.
