APT, do you have any documentation on the planned equity-linked debt/note issue?

Is it convertible? A variable or fixed/discounted rate note?

And, do you completely exclude that the company might turn around with the remedy for their acute low liquidity?
Any events that make look the management suspect? "Flies"?

Doesn't the linkage with DIS or Warner offer any chance of bailout for PBYP? After the initial Pokemon announcement, I was tempted to sell, but this one has some fierce momentum at the moment. Just looking at the charts though, there should be a natural pullback from these levels, otherwise another breakout up to $11? Do we sell now or after another upside break?
