Hey bully, get off your bully pulpit and do some research. You certainly have a knack for showing the world how intelligent you are. Maybe you can prove it now.

How is that 201 web hit site of CRESCENT INTERNATIONAL LTD.
doing.
crescentint.com

Perhaps you can find some independent verification on this company CRESCENT INTERNATIONAL LTD. I listed a few websites for Japanese searches below, neither one of them has any information on CRESCENT INTERNATIONAL LTD. However, maybe you can find one to verify their strong financial position, with some additional information on this Japanese company.

How are things going for fcm's biggest customer usat ? Are the 1000 breezes being shipped already to usat. You know the usat I'm talking about don't you ? The usat with $141,553 in cash, and $4,247,483 in accounts payable as of May 31, 1999 according to SEC FORM 8-K/A, filed on 8/30/99.

So instead of your BS and nonsense, contribute something here. I mean this usat network is supposed to expand significantly on a monthly basis well into the next century, isn't that so ???

I have some additional questions for you.

I wonder how much of usat's accounts payable of $4,247,483 as quoted by that company in a recent filing, was owed to fcm on June 18, 1999 when fcm made the announcement that "Our first order for the Breeze was placed by USATalks today for 1,000 systems.'

biz.yahoo.com

Why would fcm claim to have this order if in fact usat owed fcm A SUBSTANTIAL PART OF THOSE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ABOVE ?

Also if there were outstanding balances with usat, why would fcm claim on May 25, 1999 that I would share that this network is planned to expand significantly, on a monthly basis, well into the next century. When logically, a huge accounts receivable from your largest customer, a customer with an ongoing SEC investigation aside from numerous lawsuits would definitely strain that relationship, don't you think ?? Yet the above claims are made by fcm regarding usat. I guess we'll just have to wait until the annual report is filed to get these answers.
