In preparation for waging this battle I need some information.

What were the exact dates for LG buying into Zenith and the date or thereabouts that LG declared publicly that it would file for bankruptcy on Zenith's behalf.

Regarding writing with objections. I suggest that any and all objections be logged which people have---including any or all of Robert Utne's research.

The other recommendation is to write from your personal experience and from the heart.

As far as I am concerned this Zenith debacle goes to the core of the American family, French family, English family etc. who owned stock in Zenith anticipating the future profits.

Again, thanks for the internet----we are waging the good fight on this.

Kalyan, You are way off base. Read Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" and tell me how it's
any different than the way Koo Bon-moo and John Koo are playing it. This isn't
racism, it's war...
>>

You got me wrong here. I am not saying you are being racist.
All I'm saying is that the more the word "Korean" comes up
in the objections the more we give the impression of being
racist or painting a racist picture. The evidence we have
is pretty strong and it seems to me any fair-minded judge
would hold LGE guilty of wrongdoing and unethical
practices irrespective of whether LGE was Korean, French or
even American (though you could argue that an American or
a French company is less likely to indulge in such unethical
behaviour).

I surely will contact all the parties that you have listed.
Some Circuity City salesmen and other CE dealers I have
talked to tell me that ZE was on many occasions least bothered
about sales and many of their acts (such as unexplainable
delays) were quite suicidal. Mostly likely a means to continue with
the losses so as to make the bankruptcy easier.

It seems to me that this site has a limited reach. Any there
any others where ZE is being discussed?

Thanks,
Kalyan
