TWY - <Reminder #?? - Motorola's 8 Meg Cu BEOL SRAMs are in .25um (3 level metal). Motorola's just announced Cu BEOL PPC for Apple G4 is in .25um (6 level metal) and not yet generally available EVEN at Apple quantities. AMD will need to do .18um Cu BEOL Athlons (6 level metal) in millions/quarter quantities by 2nd quarter 2000.>

Very, very interesting WY. Maybe AMD is teaching MOT how to implement Cu, as Paul has previously suggested? ;-)
