Relocation of headquarters to Antigua was a prudent move and should have been done earlier. Expect other Canadian and even United States based I-gaming development companies to eventually follow suit because of the risks of doing business where no specific legislation exists governing gambling over the Internet. There are no reciprocal extradition treaties with Canada or the United States. Operational functions that will remain in Vancouver involve multimedia development and other non gambling related efforts.
