Rich, I will have no crow to eat because I've never said the company will never go into production. I've simply pointed out the big difference between all of the hype on this thread and reality. Whether it is hype based on inside knowledge, or hype based on overoptimism and single-minded dismissal of all of the evidence to the contrary (e.g. SEC filings).

There are two perfect examples of this. One is your "spin doctoring" of SEC filings that said they had not even sent out production samples to really mean that refers to the 3rd or even the 4th line (neither of which have even showed up in NI yet, 9 months later), and that contracts were imminent. The other is the evolution of the Daddy Warbucks theory to include multiple Warbucks' to explain away the lack of a filing by Warbucks indicating 5% ownership of the stock.

Like FMK, you manufacture retroactive explanations for why your earlier predictions of imminent contracts did not pan out. The most ridiculous of these was FMK's claim they could have had contracts first quarter '98, but simply chose not to while they developed a better battery.

Not too long ago Rich, you and I argued about the "break even on cash flow this quarter" issue. I'll say it again. If VLNC breaks even on cash flow this quarter, I'll eat my computer.
