Two Questions

1. I can't find any reference to bill presentation on the Yahoo! bill pay page even though it says :"View & Pay Bills Securely" . Is this an add-on to be rolled out later?

2. Yes, we can throw away paper check now, but it looks like we can't throw away the paper register to keep track of our checking balance. Will Y! add a register function at a future date? (something like the Quicken register)

Yes, agreed, they're doing brilliant stuff in Norcross. Nevertheless, the Reuters article and its timing (holiday weekend, only us Checksperts are listening) is further evidence they have no control over the flow of news on their products and services. Rollout of customer/partnership announcements are obviously not in their hands, either. My nerves cannot take another article like the special annual FORBES issue which purports to encompass the entire ebill arena with no mention of CheckFree; kinda like the history of the auto without mentioning GM or Ford.
Its time for 4.6sigma PR. Introduce specific goals on product promotion and extreme efforts to educate the business writer community on the facts of ebill/epay life. Customers like American Express should be put on a release schedule to inform the public of CheckFree's role, not just slide into ebanking with nary a mention; same with EBay on auction payments.
This is the best company nobody ever heard of. A pitiful shame. "We'll run a great business and the market will take care of itself," was fine in the age of carrier pigeons or silent movies, but in the modern communications/internet age, great companies strive to please shareholders and keep them well informed, on a timely basis.

>>>>Funny thing is that there's nothing particularly substantive in the Reuters piece.

No mention of TransPoint. Contrats to CF PR, they seem to be getting the message out.
