HF: The easy way is take the Symbol field back to zero and then rebuild it. It would have been nice if one could delete individual symbols, but in spite of the right click menu when on the symbol field, it does not actually delete the symbol from the list, just from the field.

To clear you symbol list and rebuild it, do this: Under View, select Preferences, then click on the Workspace tab, change the number in the symbols list to zero and click OK.

Then repeat all of the above and change the number to the amount you would like. Noting that the earliest symbols get replaced once you reach the limit you set.

Regards,
LG

HF,

The list is there for user to easy access those symbols they have asked for. If one keeps typing in (requesting) new symbols, the "oldest" ones will be pushed out of the list (replaced by these new ones).

I seriously doubt if there is any performance implication neither on your system nor on the servers.
