I wasn't thinking of this kind of knee-jerk reaction. <(BTW Level One did just create a DSL chip that will be used by ADCT).> Yes. Unfortunately for Level One, ADC may not be the right player to bet on for this technology. Also, Level One is notorious for their lack of layer 2 skills and the competition is getting intense. I would be surprised if this ever becomes a big business for Level One/Intel. Chuck Chuck
