I read one of the Sarno books and thought it was a bit cryptic. The only concrete things I could get out of it were that I was supposed to read the book over a couple times so it would sink into my subconscious and that I should shout, "Stop!" if I was thinking negative thoughts. Figured you had to take his class to "get" it.

Anyone have any homeopathic experiences to share? I'm currently trying my 9th homeopath after an 11 year hiatus. Never had any positive results and I've seen some of the best, supposedly. An article I read in the California Monthly inspired me to waste my money yet again.

Gordon, I've got "Eat right for your Type" on the shelf, and haven't started it... going to dig in this weekend. Thanks so much for the comments. I find the whole idea of eating according to your 'gene pool' very interesting and so "common sense" it's automatically credible in my mind. Look at people who have been removed [or moved] from their original location and diets [European, Native & African Americans] and look at how fat and unhealthy they are!! We've all been moved to a single diet regardless of our roots... can that make sense?

PS... that should stir things up on the thread if anyone drops in!

I'm about 1/2 way through blood type book... pretty interesting stuff, although it would seem that the categories are pretty large... ie. I wouldn't be surprised if within blood types are are also optimal diets?? Maybe he talks about that... I'll continue on.
