NEWS PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 1999--Nevtah
Capital Management ("Nevtah") (NASD OTC:NTAH) announced that
Cybersensor.com ("Cybersensor") has successfully completed the testing
of its remote Internet/satellite monitoring and controlling system for
pump jack operations.
Cybersensor's technology will perform all of the functions of a
typical pump off controller with the expanded features of monitoring
tanks and fluid flow at a much cheaper cost. The process is now being
expanded to include the monitoring and controlling of gas flow
metering for natural gas wells. Patents will be filed this month for
both applications of the CyberVip field programmable units.
In addition to the Pamco pumping system, these latest
developments will be Cybersensor's first and primary applications for
the entire oil and gas industry. This low cost system will improve
well production, increase equipment and field efficiency and allow
users to monitor and directly control operations from any location
that has Internet capability.
There are over 500,000 oil wells in the US alone that are
operated by pump jacks. In addition, there are over 300,000 gas wells,
which require metering for production and tracking. This opens up a
huge market for Cybersensor's cost effective telemetry technology.
Several major oil and gas companies have placed orders for pilot
programs. During the next few weeks, Cybersensor will apply its
monitoring and control system on wells in Kentucky, Texas, Wyoming and
Virginia.
Nevtah also announced that it will meet all of the fully
reporting requirements to maintain its listing on the NASD-OTC BB in a
timely manner.

On behalf of the Board of Directors
