My hunch is that Intel will be shipping/ramping Coppermines all through October - making a definite contribution to Q399 revenue and profits.

I don't think Intel needs the Coppemine to "carry" the quarter.

I think you should be more worried about the $37 400 MHz Kdawg 62's and the "lack of demand" for AMD products in general.
