Just another sign that the shorts are worried. They have still have a paper profit, but they haven't covered yet. And they need a lot of panic to cover... they will probably try to pound the stock once more sometime next week, in concert with a ton of crap posted to the boards, but THEN WHAT??? We all know what will happen once we've weathered this final onslaught... the stock will start to rise as they start to cover, and then rise faster as they try to cover faster,...And then when the stock price goes past 5.30 or so, which is the weighted average price since July 27th, and they still are short shares,... Well then the panic sets in and the rout is on. About nine days ago, I suggested that this last Monday and Tuesday was a great time for longer term investors to add to their position. Its now looking like that will have been the bottom. Well, this week is a great opportunity for traders; just put an order in for 10% of your planned investment at the bid about half hour into trading each morning, and if it isn't hit by half hour before the close, adjust the order to the bid at that time. If the shorts try to pound the bid for an 1/16 or an 1/8 at the close, you get some shares. Each day, make the same order, and then on Friday, if the stock is above 4.50 a half hour before the close, put a big order for 50% of your planned investment in at the bid. If it doesn't get hit, then about ten minutes before the close, go up and hit the ask. In this way, we can create a self-fulfilling prophecy... Each day we support the closing bid, and then on Friday we can push it up, and raise the conversion price. This in turn will force CC to make a conversion decision the following Monday before noon ET. As the clock winds down on Friday, and the stock remains above 4.50, the risks of the shorts initiating another sell-off decreases, and raising our orders to hit the ask makes sense. I think that by the end of September the stock will be trading in the 6-7 range it was before this death spiral scare, and a trader could make 40-50% on their investment in three weeks. Looks like a pretty good play to me. Paul
