Ed: Do not dismiss AOL so lightly they are a potent communications company. They have the ability to network 20 plus million customers who have access through a local call world wide. This is quite an achievement and actually puts them at the forefront of digital communications in a league with T,FON and WCOM. From this point of view AOL may actually be undervalued. Their big problem is getting the Regional Bells to get off their collective butts and crank up the ADSL. When this happens watch AOL roll. At that time we will see real competition between T and AOL who will emerge as a service competitor to T as a long distance service provider. JFD
