Teflon, comparing me to Toy is not fair. I am pretty
bullish with my long msft holdings. But want to give
counter points to the thread at times of extreme optimism.

In september we have

* DOJ trial restarting: 9/10/99 is when findings of
facts rebuttual starts

9/21/99 is when oral arguments begin

As early as October/Novemeber there could be ruling.

On other front we have 9/9/99 bug. I will watch how
mainframes around the world perform.

We also have Y2K bug.

Currently there is euphoria in wall street on low volumes.
But every article that I read has one or two lines about
how market is "Toppy" and when money manager return from
vacation, they may use this market valuation to cash in
for Y2K diversification and funds outflow to low valuation
markets like Japan and Europe.

Star Office is getting so much attention.

I am extremely worried about Dec. quarter revenues and
EPS as we hit the airpocket on server (nt -> win2000)
transistion.

So there is risk. As people who care about good returns
over the long haul, we have to watch these factors. Singing
to the same choir could put us in the deep end.
