Eric L: Sigh. Well I feel a little better that you haven't found a smoking gun or the like so far. Continue to be amazed, even though nothing much in politics or the (mis)behavior of regulators surprises me, the see that the FCC has managed to move as it has re Nextwave. Does Nextwave have no friends in high places? Didn't you mention that it would be interesting to check out the membership of the FCC advisory committees? You implication was that these committees are stacked with the old guard, no? Any links or clues how to check this out. BTW. Only Caxton, Maurice, you and I seem to notice what is going on re Nextwave. But then, guess people have forgotten (except for Maurice) the key role Nextwave was to play re CDMA.
