Very common for a hedged firm to have 2-to-3 years' worth of annual production sold forward, but typically over a 10+ year period.
This means only 20-25% of annual production is delivered to the hedge at a fixed price and the rest goes at market prices - very conservative, reasonable, prudent business management.
