BTW, did you look into the WCMA. I hear its pretty good for businesses. The major drawback is ML won't handle cash deposits so some clients have to still maintain a business bank account. Bob, I never did look into WCMA. Of course, I can transfer funds from the bank to the Merrill account online. If you do not mind me asking, do you also work for Merrill? You know more about their plans than many of their employees I suspect;-) RE: AMZN report. I probably don't have it anymore, but I think Cohen wrote up AMZN in January 1999. Either way, I think someone will have some explaining to do. Why is that? Blodget has not issued a downgrade report and the converts were downgraded by Moodys correct? Glenn
