Tony, my knowledge of the current industry status re: copper leads me to concur with all your points. You can also bet that Cu at IBM is far from being main stream. The potential benefits of Cu will eventually be reaped but the hurdles are high. FWIW my guess is that most likely the number of Cu dep machines is probably less than 100 units almost certainly less than 200 units. Spread over the entire industry that means total copper production is nil. (My best guess would be 85 units, but I'm not in involved directly in that market.)
