Hello, Vendit. Qualcomm holders have been watching the stock hovering around the 50 dma following some <not very significant> comments by the analysts last week. It raises a few questions that you may be able to help me with.

Why is the 50 dma seem more highly regarded than the 30, 40, 60, etc., dma's?

What is the mechanism that causes the 50 dma to provide a lower band support level for a stock? In specific, qcom has not violated its 50 dma since March, and has bounced strongly off it 5 times during that period.

How do the tea leaves look for qcom?
