Reminds me of: This company doesn't need employees, an office, or any product or service because:

1. It's a holding company and will acquire them
2. It's a start-up so give them a chance
3. They are internet based and it doesn't matter because the internet is a trillion dollar industry
4. They have lots of money from investors and lots of options from which to choose
5. The guy who started it is well-connected
etc.
