You are correct....it is not a zero sum game...

however...there is the idea...that MP3 players...do not need EPAC...and therefore...compete for "share of consumer"..

hence...we watch MP3 closely...for the short term....

in the near term...MP3 is obsolete....without copyright capability

Good point. Although the other day Kerry made similar statements about LU and EPAC.
